Zaha Hadid
Zaha Hadid is a British-Iraqi Architect and designer. Hadid’s work was mostly created during the Deconstructionism movement in architecture that came to light in the 1980’s, this can also be referred to as Neo-Modernism too. Her work displays unpredictability with an element of controlled chaos which makes her designs look visibly appealing.
During the early stages of Hadid’s career she was an artist who explored architecture through paint. Her work was heavily inspired by Kazimir Malevich who was a Polish artist. She delved into the world of architecture from there and became the first woman to gain the Pritzker Architecture Prize in 2004.
