Cause/ Propaganda Poster

Figure 1 displays a propaganda poster which speaks on both social and environmental issues since the start of 2020. The poster contains a pointing finger with text surrounding it. The hand was traced and coloured to allow it to look like skin which makes it look more realistic. The text is in the font ‘Futura bold’, it is clear for the viewer to see. The important text is in the colour red as this colour is proven to be more attractive to the human eye.

Banner/ Hero

Figure 2 is a cause banner; this follows on from figure 1. The concept and topic are still the same, but the composition and design has been altered slightly. The imagery on the banner represents the prime minister (traced) holding a COVID vaccine in front of the union jack flag, this is to help with the cause of the banner. Having an illustration of Boris adds comedy to the banner and it would be something people would be more willing to share.
