Before and After (Honig Experiment)

Figure 1 displays an untouched portrait with natural skin. Figure 2 displays the same photo which has been edited in Photoshop, the image was edited to match modern beauty standards. The brushes used were the ‘Spot Healing Brush Tool’ and ‘Healing Brush Tool’. With the combination of these two tools, all blemished skin, pores, spots and moles were able to be concealed to give an airbrushed effect. The oily skin was mattified using the ‘Clone Tool’ in order to smooth out the face making it picture perfect.
