Major Project Subject

The project’s foundation is rooted in the concept “JH4: Enhancing Graffiti Art through Augmented Reality” from the list of staff projects. The refined ideas explore alternative ways AR can be applied aside from graffiti art.

Initial Ideas

To prepare for my major project, I researched the application of augmented reality (AR) in various companies and sectors. Initially, I had three rough ideas, which I later refined to one. I utilised a Padlet board to document and organise these ideas, providing descriptions and objectives for each task, identifying target audiences, specifying what I intended to create, and including links to websites supporting my concepts.

Refined Idea

After considering three distinct concepts for the major project, I narrowed it down to a single idea to delve deeper into. Subsequently, I established another Padlet board to outline the project’s direction and my creative objectives. I also thought about the software I would use to develop all the components I plan to include.

Proposal Planning

I generated a third Padlet board to organise the posts for my proposal. I divided each topic I intended to include into distinct sections, providing brief pointers to outline the content I wished to cover. Additionally, I incorporated relevant links to assist in sourcing the information I intended to include in the posts and included supplementary notes to elaborate on the refined idea.
